Returning Goods / Cancellation of Orders

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 21 days from date of delivery a refund. Before returning any goods please let us know you want to cancel the order by phone or in writing. Within the 7 Day 'Cooling Off' period after you have received the the goods we can issue a full refund if you no longer want the items for any reason. Goods should be returned in their original condition via an insured method. We will issue your refund within 30 days though we aim to do so as quickly as possible.

If you want to return an order out with this period but within the 21 days the process is the same just let us know they are on the way back. We will issue you with a refund for the goods less shipping when they arrive back with us. If you do not return the goods to us within 21 days from the date of delivery then your right to cancel may be revoked.

Where goods are refunded, the original postage costs for those orders will only be refunded for those sent originally by standard 1st class and 1st class recorded post. Postage costs will not be refunded for special next day delivery and Saturday guaranteed post.
